These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of hydraos.ai (the "Site"), operated by CI Web Group, Inc. By browsing this Site, submitting a demo request, or otherwise using it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms cover the marketing Site only. If you become a Hydra OS customer, a separate services agreement or order form governs your use of the Hydra OS platform itself; where the two conflict for platform use, that agreement controls.

Hydra OS is CI Web Group's AI-first operating system for business websites. This Site describes Hydra OS, lets you request a demo, and links out to CI Web Group (ciwebgroup.com) for company information. Nothing on this Site is an offer that can be accepted simply by using the Site — pricing, scope, and terms for any engagement are confirmed separately in writing.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems;
• scrape, harvest, or reproduce Site content beyond normal browsing without permission;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security; or
• submit false or misleading information through the demo request form.

Submitting the demo request form (or otherwise providing your contact information) authorizes Hydra OS to contact you by email, phone, or text about your inquiry. It is not a purchase, a binding commitment, or a guarantee of pricing, availability, or specific outcomes. We may decline to schedule a demo at our discretion — for example, if a submission appears fraudulent or unrelated to genuine interest in Hydra OS.

Portions of this Site's content, and responses you may receive after requesting a demo, may be produced or assisted by AI systems used by CI Web Group. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Nothing on this Site is professional (legal, financial, or technical) advice, and you should independently verify anything material to a decision before relying on it.

All content on this Site — including the Hydra OS name, logo, and branding, text, graphics, and software — is owned by CI Web Group or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content, or use CI Web Group's or Hydra OS's trademarks, without our prior written consent.

This Site links to third-party sites, including ciwebgroup.com. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of sites we do not operate.

This Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CI Web Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site — including reliance on Site content, AI-generated output, or any demo scheduled through it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute not otherwise resolved will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new "Effective Date." Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
