Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how CI Web Group, Inc. ("CI Web Group," "Hydra OS," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit hydraos.ai (the "Site") or submit a demo request, contact form, or other inquiry through it.

This Policy covers the Hydra OS marketing site only. It does not apply to:

• the Hydra OS application itself, used by CI Web Group's clients to run their sites;
• any client-owned website that happens to be built on Hydra OS — those are governed by that client's own privacy policy; or
• ciwebgroup.com and its other subdomains, which are governed by CI Web Group's own privacy policy.

We collect information in three ways:

• Directly from you — when you submit the demo request form or email us, we collect your name, email address, company name, phone number (optional), company size, area of interest, and any message you include.
• Automatically — standard web analytics data such as IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed, collected via cookies and similar technologies described below.
• From call tracking, where enabled — if a phone number on this Site is used to reach us, the call may be recorded and associated with the marketing source (campaign, page, or keyword) that generated it, so we can measure which marketing is working. This never blocks or interferes with your call.

We do not knowingly collect payment information, government IDs, or health information through this Site.

This Site uses cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics (for example, to understand which pages are useful and how visitors reach us). We display an on-screen cookie notice for transparency, but analytics and call-tracking technology run for every visitor and are never gated behind a cookie choice — there is no option on this Site to opt out of analytics or call tracking by declining the notice, because doing so would not meaningfully protect any sensitive information and would prevent us from operating and improving the Site. You can still block cookies generally through your browser settings; some Site features may not work as intended if you do.

Hydra OS is an AI-enabled platform, and CI Web Group uses AI tools extensively in building and operating both the platform and this marketing Site — including in content drafting, design, code generation, and reviewing demo inquiries. Certain Site features and internal workflows may route information (such as the contents of a demo request) through CI Web Group's own systems and through third-party AI providers (for example, OpenAI and Anthropic) acting as our service providers.

• Personal information submitted through this Site is not used to train third-party AI providers' foundation models.
• AI assistance may inform any page, response, or recommendation you receive from us, whether or not it is labeled as AI-assisted.
• Nothing on this Site is professional (legal, financial, or technical) advice generated for your specific situation.

• Respond to demo requests and inquiries and schedule walkthroughs;
• Operate, secure, and improve this Site and understand how it is used;
• Send you information you requested about Hydra OS or CI Web Group services;
• Measure which marketing channels and pages drive genuine interest (analytics and call attribution); and
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run this Site and our business — for example, email delivery, hosting and content delivery (AWS, Cloudflare), analytics, call-tracking, CRM, and AI providers described above — all acting on our behalf under confidentiality and data-processing terms;
• legal authorities, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights and safety; and
• a successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to confidentiality.

Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request access to or a copy of it, request correction or deletion, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We will respond within the time period required by applicable law (typically forty-five (45) days) and may need to verify your identity first. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

This Site is directed to businesses and is not intended for anyone under sixteen (16) years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

We retain demo-request and inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, maintain our business records, and comply with legal obligations — typically for the lifetime of any resulting business relationship plus a limited period afterward for recordkeeping. Web analytics data is retained on a rolling basis consistent with our analytics provider's standard retention settings.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and access controls — to protect information submitted through this Site. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you provide a mobile phone number and opt in — for example, through the phone field on the demo request form — you agree to receive transactional and service-related text messages from Hydra OS related to your inquiry. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase, and your mobile number is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

This Site links to third-party sites, including ciwebgroup.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate — please review their policies before providing personal information.

We may update this Policy from time to time by posting a revised version with a new "Effective Date." Material changes will be reflected on this page; your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
