What is Hydra OS's commitment to accessibility?

CI Web Group is committed to making Hydra OS and the websites it powers usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across the pages we control.

What measures does Hydra OS take?

• Semantic HTML and landmark structure so screen readers can navigate pages predictably.
• Sufficient color contrast for text against its background across the dark interface.
• Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, and interactive components.
• Descriptive alt text on meaningful images and decorative images marked appropriately.
• Static, pre-rendered pages that avoid the load-time and interaction failures common on plugin-heavy sites.

What are the current limitations?

Some third-party embeds and interactive visualizations may not yet fully meet every WCAG success criterion. We review and remediate known issues as part of ongoing development rather than treating accessibility as a one-time project.

How do I report an accessibility issue?

If you encounter a barrier using this site, email [email protected] with the page URL and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports promptly and prioritize fixes based on impact.

How often is this statement reviewed?

This statement is reviewed as the site changes and at minimum annually, alongside our ongoing accessibility testing.
